If it breaks we will fix it! If something goes wrong with your light within the first 18 months of your purchase, give us a call and we will repair or replace it. (in the event that a particular model is no longer available we will replace using the newer version or the next higher valued model.) You never will be forced to downgrading due to a broken product.
International Shipping Policy:
All international orders are a flat 9 US dollars. (Orders must meet the maximum ship size to be eligible. Your order must fit in a 10x8x5 inch box.)

Items out of Stock!: If for some reason our inventory is incorrect and an item you ordered is out of stock we will do everything we can to process your order in a timely manner. We encourage buyers to sign up on our web site and include a contact number. It's rare we would ever need to call you but in order for us to give the best customer service possible a phone number would be greatly appreciated.
