HOW TO REGISTER YOUR FENIX PRODUCT ON THE MANUFACTURER'S WEBSITE
Congratulations on being a new Fenix owner! We want to provide you with information to ensure you get a long life out of your new torch. Fenix Outfitters provides the full factory warranty for the products Fenix Outfitters and its dealers sell. To begin with, when you receive your product, you are covered under the 24-month manufacturer's warranty. You can extend your warranty to 30 months by registering your product on the Fenix Light Warranty website. So be sure to get your Fenix flashlight registered as soon as you get it.
HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR FENIX FLASHLIGHT
As with all finely engineered products, you need to maintain your flashlight. Please become familiar with the maintenance of your light. The instructions enclosed in your original packaging offers advice on keeping your flashlight in top-notch working order.
VERY IMPORTANT! Many flashlights are returned due to battery failure and acid leak. Not all batteries are created equally. You have purchased a high-quality flashlight so you don't want to attempt to run low-end batteries in your flashlight. PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION SHIPPED WITH YOUR FLASHLIGHT. Battery specs are outlined and specified in the paperwork. Closely adhere to the guidelines. The operation of your light is based on specified batteries. Also, if you don't plan to use your flashlight for an extended period of time, do not store it with batteries inserted. The factory warranty does not cover battery failure and acid leaks.
Before returning your light for maintenance, please see if performing some maintenance will correct the issue. Remember, maintaining your light according to these suggestions will provide a longer product life. (Even if you don't see your model, these maintenance tips apply to most lights.)

HOW TO RETURN YOUR FENIX LIGHT FOR WARRANTY, REFUND, OR REPAIR
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SENDING YOUR FLASHLIGHT TO FENIX OUTFITTERS. Fenix Outfitters provides warranty work to those flashlights purchased from Fenix Outfitters and its authorized dealers. If you don't have proof of purchase and your purchase isn't in our database, please CLICK HERE to go to the factory's website. Locate the serial number on the head of your flashlight. Enter that serial number on the factory's webpage. The factory will email you the address where you are to send your light for warranty services.
If you qualify for warranty work provided by Fenix Outfitters or if you need to return your flashlight for any other reason:
We realize there are times when you will need to return your flashlight. A summary of the steps are:
(1) Call Fenix Outfitters at 800-616-1326 to obtain a REQUIRED return authorization number.
(2) Once you get your return authorization number, print this document: Warranty, Repair, and Returns Policy. Download it by CLICKING HERE.
(3) In the policy, find the blue section which explains why you are returning your Fenix flashlight. Follow the steps in that section to make your return.
(4) Print the Warranty, Repairs, & Returns Form and enclose it in your boxed return. THIS FORM MUST BE ENCLOSED WITH YOUR RETURN TO HANDLE PROCESSING! CLICK HERE to print the Warranty, Repairs, & Returns Form.
(5) The mailing label is on the bottom of the form you printed in Step 4. Cut it off, write in your Return Authorization Number on the label, and attach the return label to the outside of your package.
Turnaround time on repairs:
(1) We stock most repair parts for the current Fenix flashlight models. We will attempt to repair your light. If we can't, your under-warranty light will be replaced with the same model or with one of equal or higher value.
(2) If your light is out of warranty, we will assess the repairs and notify you by email the cost of the repairs. If you decide not to repair the light, we will return your light. There may be a time when we have to order the repair parts from the manufacturer so the turnaround time may be longer.
