I ordered a T-1 but due to a inventory error in the F.O. server there was none. Dan contacted me at once and informed me. He offered to upgrade me to the TK-10 in black..I eagerly accepted,while admitting that I wished I had bought that model instead. He refused to accept a penny more in compensation for the upgrade. In fact it was sent Priority Parcel and arrived at my home in rural Wisconsin in two days flat. Dan and Fenix Outfitters have my utmost respect and admiration. As well as ALL my light business for life.

I also found that you had called to inform me early on that the item was out of stock, and I can truly say that I have never had any web business that I have purchased from call to let me know anything.
