Due to the high number of undelivered packages, the unreliable delivery services in these countries, and the lack of ability to to track packages, we are no longer able to ship to the following countries:
- Russia
- Malaysia

Default FREE Shipping
Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. CST are shipped same day. Our shipping department and offices are closed on the weekends.

IMPORTANT DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FACTS:

- We ship by the least expensive method—normally U.S. Post Office First Class Mail
- At checkout, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase insurance. That would cover your package in the event the Post Office misplaces your package. We recommend you insure your package, especially international orders. We cannot be responsible for lost packages once it leaves our Shipping Department.
- Once our Shipping Department processes your order, you will receive a “tracking number” offered by the U. S. Post Office (or whicever carrier we chose). If it is from the U.S. Post Office, this “tracking number” does not necessarily mean you can track your package fully. The USPS is not required to update this information from each scanning facility. True tracking is only available for USPS Express mail.
- USPS may not scan the package until it reaches the local station just before it is delivered. Therefore, items cannot be tracked with this number, and sometimes items show as "delivered" when they are en route to the local destination. This is just how the postal system works. :)


Domestic Shipping (USA)
For orders over $25, we ship domestic orders with no shipping charges. Our default shipping is by the U.S. Post Office, First Class Mail (or the least expensive way if the weight is too heavy for First Class Mail). This shipping option normally arrives within 2-5 business days! If you need your order to arrive more quickly, please choose from either Priority or Express (Overnight) Shipping.


International Shipping
Our default shipping is by the U.S. Post Office, First Class Mail (or the least expensive way if the weight is too heavy for First Class Mail). Our simple shipping means for those of you who are international customers, you pay a flat $9 shipping. You must allow 2-6 weeks for international orders to arrive, as they are shipped by USPS airmail. TRACKING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON FIRST CLASS MAIL.

If you need your order to arrive more quickly, please choose from either International Express or International Priority Shipping. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ADD INSURANCE TO YOUR ORDER IN CASE YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING AGENCY. Please understand, delays in shipping time are out of our control. Customs and local country shipping agencies vary from country to country. WE SHIP same day so the delay is not with Fenix Outfitters. We are required by law to declare the value of international packages, so we will declare them at the invoice price minus the shipping cost. Customs duty will vary from country to country and is the responsibility of the customer.
